**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Welcome and Engagement**:

- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors upon arrival.
- Provide comprehensive information about museum exhibits, attractions, and services.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and encourage participation in interactive exhibits.
- **Reservation and Ticketing Management**:

- Manage and coordinate reservations and group bookings efficiently.
- Handle ticket sales, processing payments, and issuing receipts accurately.
- **Customer Service and Support**:

- Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all guest interactions.
- Gather and record guest feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
- **Museum Operations Support**:

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing, education) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and safety of public areas and exhibits.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily visitor numbers, feedback, and other relevant data.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on guest services and operations.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and guest amenities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse audience.
- Proficient in using reservation systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
