With some of the most reputed industrialists & celebrities as clients, this company is rapidly growing & looking for a competent Guest Relations Executive who will help build strong relationships with their high-end clientele.


Designation: Guest Relations Executive

Office Location: Bandra (West), Mumbai

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, preferably in retail outlets of premier brands or hotels.

Compensation on offer: INR 30-35K per month (3.60 LPA to 4.20 LPA)

Candidate Location: Mumbai candidates only.


Position Overview:

Our client company is looking to hire a polished, well-spoken, and presentable Guest Relations Executive for their High-End / Luxury Jewellery organization. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience, preferably in premier retail outlets. They should demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with HNI clients and celebrities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Customers: Welcome guests warmly as they enter the store, ensuring they feel acknowledged and valued.
  • Customer Comfort: Ensure guests are comfortable, offering beverages or any assistance as needed while they browse.
  • Guest Engagement: Provide a personalized service experience by interacting with clients and understanding their needs, creating a positive impression of the brand.
  • Assist Sales Teams: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure clients are taken care of promptly, facilitating smooth transitions to sales associates.
  • Ambiance Management: Help maintain the store's luxurious atmosphere, ensuring cleanliness and comfort in all customer-facing areas.
  • Customer Query Management: Handle any customer inquiries, ensuring they are promptly directed to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from guests about their experience and report it to management for continuous improvement.


Qualifications, Background & Experience Needed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages like Hindi or any regional language are a plus.
  • High personal presentation standards, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to create a warm, welcoming environment for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and celebrities.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with sales and operations staff.
