**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a professional and personable **Guest Relations Executive** to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding service that aligns with our brand values and enhances guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Interaction and Service**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Provide information about services, facilities, and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- **Reservations and Check-ins**:

- Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and modifications.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
- **Complaint Resolution**:

- Handle guest complaints effectively, escalating to the manager when necessary.
- Follow up with guests to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- **Guest Feedback**:

- Collect and document guest feedback and suggestions.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements based on feedback.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.
- Personalize guest experiences by remembering preferences and special requests.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation.
- Prepare daily reports on guest feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in [language requirements, e.g., English and additional languages].
- Familiarity with reservation systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
