Pre Sales Associate

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. As onboarding specialist at TapGro, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of new clients into the organization. This role involves coordinating and executing effective onboarding programs to equip new clients with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed in the sale’s roles.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Program Development:
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to create comprehensive onboarding programs tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Design training materials, presentations, and resources that cover essential sales skills, product knowledge, and company processes.
2. Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging onboarding sessions, both in-person and virtually, to introduce clients to the company's sales culture, values, and expectations.
- Provide hands-on training on sales methodologies, product features, and effective communication techniques.
3. Individualized Coaching:
- Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to address the unique challenges and learning needs of each client.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help clients improve their sales techniques and achieve performance goals.
4. Sales Tool Proficiency:
- Ensure clients are proficient in using sales tools, CRM systems, and any other technology essential for their role.
- Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and optimize tool utilization.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Collect feedback from clients, sales managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
- Regularly update and enhance onboarding materials to reflect changes in products, services, and industry trends.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales managers, HR, and other relevant departments to coordinate onboarding schedules and integrate with broader organizational onboarding initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and best practices among the sales team.
7. Performance Monitoring:
- Track the performance of clients post-onboarding and provide ongoing support to address any performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
**Qualifications**:
- Basic understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and sales best practices
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
