**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to maximize product reach and availability in target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to enhance sales performance.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to ensure effective promotion and representation of our products.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about competitor activities.
- Work closely with marketing and production teams to align distribution efforts with promotional activities and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics, preparing reports for management to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all distribution practices comply with local laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-4 years in sales or distribution management, preferably in the liquor or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of the liquor market and distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
