Job Title: Founder's Office Associate
Job Summary:
- Act as a key point of contact and gatekeeper for the founder, managing communication and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the founder's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the founder, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the founder's strategic decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings, investor presentations, and other important meetings or events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate projects and initiatives driven by the founder's office.
- Track and manage action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
- Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the founder.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a high-level executive support or founder's office role is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
