Our Investment Bank seeks a highly motivatedand detail-oriented Transaction Executive Associate to join ourteam. The successful candidate will conduct market research,analyze data, and produce reports to support thecompany’s investment decision-making processes. TheTransaction Executive Associate will work closely with variousteams, including the analyst team, and sales team, to gatherinformation and provide insights.

Role &Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end communication with clients coming onboard (theclients are Founders of well established businesses/ startups; itbecomes imperative to have the capability to understand theirbusiness and communicate with them accordingly)
  • Setting up of campaign(s) for clients and ensuring smoothdeal flow
  • Tracking of campaign(s) onboard andhelping clients with updates
  • Maintaining aseamless flow of responses with the client(s) and getting on callswith them to strategize on the progress
  • Havean organized and efficient work ethic
  • Ensuringassistance or help to a client whenever required and being on topof things in case of any queries or hurdles
  • Problem solving mindset along with very fluentcommunicative skills
  • Minimal set of researchto be conducted in the private equity space (would require basicknowledge in the private funding space)
  • Striveto achieve maximum satisfaction in the client's relationship withthe company and work towards extending the relationship for thelongest possible time

  • Prior B2B Customer Relationship Managementexperience
  • Knowledge/prior experience withstartup fund raising/private equity industry is a distinctadvantage
  • WE'RE A REMOTE TEAM so you can workfrom wherever you like - you don't have to attend office on a dayto day basis
  • You should own a laptop and agood system in place to conduct day-to-day operations
  • EXCELLENT written & spoken Englishrequired
  • We shall provide a 5-7 days trainingsession once you join in
