Director - Founder's Office

Responsibilities:
Spearhead the identification, definition, management, and execution of ad-hoc special projects and strategic initiatives that are cross-functional and strategic to the company.
Build a thorough understanding of all areas of the business - operations, revenue, and product to improve leadership’s decision-making and the company's overall effectiveness in execution.
Create insights, and learnings and synthesize updates for the leadership.
Plan and review processes, analyze any red flags in strategic initiatives, organize interventions to keep things on track, etc.
Make strategic judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth project execution across the organization.
Conduct research and prepare business models/presentations for investors, external parties, and for internal communication
Qualifications:
Have 5+ years of demonstrated experience in management consulting, venture capital, corporate strategy, program management, or a related field.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity with self-direction and resourcefulness.
Proficiency in financial analysis and basic modeling techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving acumen.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a talent for cultivating relationships.
Aptitude for distilling complex concepts into presentations for diverse audiences.
Track record of organizing and overseeing cross-functional projects.
Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a commitment to continuous growth.
Prior experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
