Position Overview:
We are currently looking for an SVP/VP - Founder's Office to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, provide support to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished.
- A mindset well-versed in Revenue Forecasting and Financial Modelling.
- Should be able to identify product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve cost-cutting and derive growth.
- Directly work with the founder on solving interesting and large-impact problems.
-Managing investor relations and assisting in fund-raising initiatives.
- Your superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills will ensure successful business and team performance.
What makes you a good fit :
- Education from top tier institutes (IIT/ISB/IIMs) with a consistent outstanding academic record. A CA/CFA qualification would be an added advantage.
-A minimum of 6 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting would be an ideal candidate.
- An exceptional analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
