Office Administrator

The Office Administration and Accounting role involves managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office, as well as handling basic accounting functions to support financial operations.
1. **Administration Work**:
l Greet visitors and answer telephone calls in a professional manner.
l Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
l Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
l Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
l Preparing Quotations, Negiotations and Invoicing.
l Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
l Assist in organizing office events and activities.
l Handle basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding new hires.
2. **Accounting Work**:
l Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
l Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
l Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
l Prepare basic financial reports and summaries.
l Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
l Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
l Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
l Assist with audit preparations and provide support during audits.
3. **Qualifications**:
l Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
l Prior experience in office administration and/or accounting roles is desirable.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
l Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
l Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
l Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
l Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) is a plus.
**Working Conditions**:This role typically operates in a professional office environment. Standard office hours apply, with occasional overtime during busy periods.
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
