Managing department Overall Budget of Fixed cost, Revex cost.
3. Maintenance of confidentiality & Confidential records
4. Preparation of MIS report - ECM, Travel Budget etc.
5.Proper documentation with retention control (E-filing)
6. Leverage IT for creation of value time
7.Driving 1S 2S Sustenance activity
8. Maintenance activities - Reception, Discussion / Conference room, Pantry service, Record
room, Store rooms
9. Monitoring of Suppliers agreements and documents of vendor master creation for audit
10. Coordination for Supplier appointments for HOD Calendar
11. Vendor Master Records, Database maintaining
12. Vendor code creation - DM & IDM
13. Suppliers gift article storing and maintenance of record for gifts.
