**Reports To**: Senior Merchandiser / Merchandising Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Junior Merchandiser will assist the merchandising team in the planning, coordination, and execution of product management strategies to maximize sales and profits. This position requires collaboration with the buying team, design team, and suppliers to ensure products meet market demands and brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Product Development**:

- Work closely with senior merchandisers and designers to understand product trends and customer preferences.
- Help in coordinating sample development and approvals.
- Maintain updated records of product specifications and pricing.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and track inventory movement to ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in stock analysis to prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow.
- **Order Processing**:

- Help with order placements and follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality control and that all products meet the required standards.
- **Sales Data Analysis**:

- Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and suggesting improvements.
- Help generate reports on sales performance and product trends.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and marketing to ensure alignment on product launches.
- Assist in visual merchandising tasks to ensure that products are displayed optimally in-store and online.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate documentation for all product and inventory-related tasks.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as required by senior merchandisers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
