**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Associate to join our Merchandise team in Hosur/Bangalore. As a Program Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process of merchandise, showcasing products made by Persons with Disabilities. This position involves overseeing our e-commerce store dedicated to corporate gifting and contributing to the mission of creating livelihood opportunities for millions in rural places.

**Responsibilities**:
Procurement and Inventory Management:
Source and procure merchandise with a focus on products made by Persons with Disabilities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
Client Management:
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored merchandise solutions.
Leads Generation:
Generate leads for potential corporate clients through market research and outreach efforts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to expand the client base.
Order Processing:
Oversee the end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control measures for merchandise.
Ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications.
E-commerce Store Management:
Manage the e-commerce store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Implement strategies to enhance the online shopping experience.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate reports on merchandise performance, sales trends, and client feedback.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
