**Designation: Operation Executive**

**Location: Chennai (Adayar)**

**Experience: Fresher to 3 years**

**About the Company**

**Nibav Home Elevators** are special elevators for homes that run on air. Instead of using electricity, they use the power of air pressure to go up and down. These elevators are made to be easy to install, and they come partially assembled to save time and ensure good quality. The goal is to make luxury elevators for homes in India at a price that more people can afford.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities ECO (**Experience Centre Operation**)**
- We're looking for an Operations Executive to handle a range of tasks, including:

- Managing petty cash and predicting monthly expenses.
- Regularly checking and maintaining the cleanliness, IT, and functionality of our locations (ECOs).
- Daily cleanliness checks at 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
- Meeting with the helper Assistant daily.
- Recording ECO opening and closing times and ensuring compliance.
- Updating daily expense records accurately and avoiding duplicates.
- Coordinating payments with vendors, like couriers and water suppliers.
- Coordinating ECO operations and maintenance.
- Welcoming and assisting customers for a positive experience.
- Coordinating branding and marketing activities with the Project and Marketing teams.
- Generating and managing leads through various activities.
- Managing ECO stock and inventory
- Tracking tasks and data in Asana and Google Sheets.
- Collecting customer feedback.
- Maintaining marketing materials like brochures, maps, and standees.
- Assisting with tasks from project Engineers/Managers, Operations Team, and more.
- Ensuring smooth payments to the Helper/Office Assistant.
- Handling any other tasks assigned by the Project/Operations Team.

**Requirements**:

- Adequate Knowledge of Product Market, Competence, and Selling Techniques.
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge in MS Excel
- Excellent Communication skills (English is mandatory)
- Knowledge on maintain MIS reports.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
