Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Founder
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**:
- Coordinate and manage the Founder's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address them to optimize the Founder's time.
- **Communication**:
- **Task Coordination**:
- Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are on track.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless execution of tasks.
- **Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare travel documents and ensure the Founder's travel needs are met.
- **Meeting Support**:
- Prepare agendas, documents, and materials for meetings.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
- **Research**:
- Conduct research on various topics as requested by the Founder, providing summaries and relevant information.
- **Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Proactively identify and address issues that may impact the Founder's workflow or schedule.
- **Special Projects**:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Founder.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Professional and polished demeanor.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
