Here are some of the responsibilities:

- Assist in calendar management and meeting logistics.
- Manage travel bookings (International and Domestic).
- Cross collaborating, planning, and support including All Hands, morale events, and other group meetings as needed
- Work with Real Estate and facilities team for workplace improvement and management.
- Purchasing equipment, services and supplies, creating purchase orders, managing accruals and processing invoices.
- Manage new employee onboarding, shift rostering, reporting allowances to payment team and facilitating transportation.
- Manage hardware allocation and maintain asset inventory tracking.

Following are the competencies/skills required:

- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
