**Job Summary**: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive's office preferably male. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling various tasks that require a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills. This role is essential in allowing the CEO to focus on strategic decision-making, high-priority projects, and external relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**:

- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate and prioritize events and engagements, ensuring the CEO's time is allocated efficiently.
- **Communication Handling**:

- Serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Field inquiries and resolve issues or escalate as necessary.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Organize all aspects of the CEO's travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth travel logistics.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Organize meetings, board sessions, and events; prepare agendas, gather documents, and ensure follow-ups.
- Take minutes during meetings and assist in distributing notes or action items.
- **Project Assistance**:

- Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Support the CEO in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Manage confidential matters on behalf of the CEO, ensuring privacy and security of information.
- **Office and Administrative Support**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including managing office supplies, coordinating with other departments, and overseeing the CEO's office space.
- Provide ad-hoc support for various business needs and ensure the office runs efficiently.
- **Liaison with Senior Management**:

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership teams, ensuring effective communication and the timely flow of information.
- **Special Projects**:

- Take on specific projects or initiatives as assigned by the CEO, working independently or as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business software.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with integrity.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced environments.
- **Professionalism**: High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
