Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for the CEO.
- **Project Management**: Assist the CEO with special projects and initiatives. Track project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Information Management**: Maintain confidential files and records. Ensure that documents are organized and easily accessible. Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as needed.
- **Event Planning**: Plan and coordinate events, including board meetings, conferences, and company gatherings. Handle logistics and ensure events run smoothly.
- **Liaison Role**: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication and follow up on pending issues.
- **Office Management**: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment. Ensure the CEO's office environment is organized and efficient.
- **Research**: Conduct research and gather information as required by the CEO. Prepare summaries and briefs to aid in decision-making.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist with budgeting, expense reports, and financial tracking. Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- **Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management and scheduling software.
- **Attributes**: High level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using office technology and software. Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
