Application Support Executive

Job description:
- SME who will be responsible for monitoring platforms and services, work with experienced architects, support on monitoring metrics, events and alerting, reporting and dashboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine support processes for improved customer experience.
- Generate reports with specific KPIs on team activities.
- Ensure comprehensive logging of customer interactions for analysis.
- Maintain technical documents and resolve technical issues.
- Assist with systems integration.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, Mandatory - English & Malayalam.
- 3+ year of working experience in a Tech Support.
- Proficiency in technical problem-solving.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to learn complex software tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer support across various channels.
Soft skills:
- Motivated, good problem-solving, excellent communication, and management abilities.
- Familiarity with service tools like Jira, Service Now, Zoho, HESK, or similar platforms.
Work Model: Infopark Thrissur - WFO and Rotational Shift
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
