Summary
Entry level to a professional career progression
Job Responsibilities
- Review documents received from Suppliers according to traceability, Purchase order text and documentation requirement.
- Register supplier documents into SAP and start internal workflow.
- Processing Vendor documentation received from Infobay Vendor portal.
- Compiling Data books/MRB containing Material Certificates/Test Reports.
- Expediting for delayed Supplier documents needed for compiling Data book.
- Obtain the data from Infobay & SAP.
- Record keeping and maintain KPI.
- Should be able to communicate clearly with buyers and suppliers.
- Embody a colleague-centric culture of trust, communication, and support.
- Should be able to maintain quality and accuracy throughout the work process.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience
Skills and Abilities: Good working knowledge of Document management system and MS Office. - Good Communicator & Quick Learner. - Graduate with 1-2 years of work experience. - Good Team player but also be able to work independently. - Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat/Kofax PDF editing is preferred.
