**Role: Customer Success Executive**
**Job description**:
- Own the complete customer life-cycle of onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Strive to continually drive faster “time to value” and improve overall customer satisfaction
& reduce churn.
- Understand customer’s objectives and how they translate to outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell.
- Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to Product &
Tech teams.
- Conduct ongoing operational reviews and suggest process improvements.
**Skills Required**:
Communication Skills, Tech Savvy, Customer Relationship Management,
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to efficiently multi-task
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Open for Smart Freshers as well as for Interns
**Experience**:
0 to 2 Year
**Salary**: ₹249,422.15 - ₹330,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
