Channel Partner Relations

**Summary**
- A Channel Partner is responsible for finding and onboarding new vendors (channel partners) for our affiliate /deal-sharing marketing programs by sharing business agreements, weekly growth, payment, and performance analysis of channel partners.
- He communicates well with partners about products and offered services.
- He has knowledge of demonstrating our services by mail & In person.
- He works with the channel partners to increase lead activation through Offline/Ground activities, as well as expand relationships with existing channel partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sr. Associate is responsible for improving channel activities; planning and implementing lead activation, overseeing partner profiles and growth, and monitoring day-to-day activation activity.
- Sr. Associate provides ground market research for a better understanding of channel partner service improvement.
- Sr. Associate constantly learns different operation techniques and information on new products relevant to his industry.
- Sr. Associate provides weekly reporting of estimates and pipelines.
- Sr. Associate remains updated with his company’s competitions, products and problems. As such, he usually attends trade shows, seminars, product launchings and other events related to his industry.
- Sr. Associate will collaborate with various internal functions like sales, finance, Legal, and support to ensure seamless support for partners.
- Sr. Associate will be single point of contact for partners for all things support and follow-up for partners.
- Sr. Associate will arrange online training sessions and ensure the partner is up to speed with what’s new in the product handle incoming support tickets from partners, manage escalations from partners requirements.
**Knowledge and Skills Requirements**
- Sr. Associate is well encouraged, possesses leadership skills and suggests ideas for the company’s development.
- Sr. Associate will understand markets thoroughly, including factors influencing partner’s decisions like pricing, technology, and so on.
- Sr. Associate will be able to direct a channel with multiple accounts and partners. They promote teamwork and camaraderie amongst staff.
**Qualification**
- Any Graduate
**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience with any travel experience
**Nature of Job**:Work From Office only
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
