As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the Director's schedule runs smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling a wide range of administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal use of time.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visa requirements.
- Prepare detailed travel agendas and provide logístical support to ensure smooth travel experiences for the Director.
- **Communication and Correspondence**:

- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- **Meeting Support**:

- Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations, ensuring all materials are organized and distributed in advance.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
