We are looking for Customer Care Executive role in Tech Mahindra (Banking Process) GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
- Domestic Process
- Inbound/Outbound Process
- Process on Calling
- Resolving customer queries through phone calls
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

**Shift Timings**
- **04:00 PM To 01:00 AM**:

- 01:00 PM To 10:00 PM
- 02:00 PM To 11:00 PM
- 03:00 PM To 12:00 AM
- **07:00 AM To 04:00 PM**:

- 08:00 AM To 05:00 PM
- 09:00 AM To 06:00 PM
- 10:00 AM To 07:00 PM

Monthly Rotational (Any 9 Hours shift)

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Graduation Mandatory
- Must be able to Speak in Hindi and basic English

**Working days**
- Working days: 6 days a week
- Weekly off: 1 day (Rotational) and not necessarily Saturday / Sunday
