**Job Summary**: As a Junior Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced technology company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up activities to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
- Knowledge of the IT and network security industry is plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
