**Job Overview**: As a Cluster Partner specializing in SFE, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the performance and efficiency of Cluster/Divisions sales force. Working closely with various stakeholders including Cluster Divisions sales teams, management, and other functional departments, you will analyze sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness & excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of sales methodologies, data analytics, and project management skills to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Process Analysis**: Conduct thorough analysis of existing sales processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- **Performance Metrics**: To generate meaningful insights from SFA Tool to enable sales team constantly to improve their Productivity; Tour Plans, Call average, Coverage, quality of Field Reviews
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather, analyze, and interpret sales data, trends, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- **Sales Training and Development**: Collaborate with training teams to design and implement training programs focused on enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and adherence to best practices.
- **Process Improvement Initiatives**: Drive cross-functional projects to streamline sales processes, improve sales forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall sales operations efficiency.
- **Sales Enablement**: Implement sales enablement strategies, including sales collateral, playbooks, and tools, to empower the sales team and enhance their effectiveness in engaging with customers.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Provide accurate & reliable sales effectiveness information in a timely manner to all stakeholders, generate intelligent dashboards to provide insights on sales performance on various parameters, creating and regularly updating various analytics and dashboards based on key KPI’s, Publishing of Dashboard on SFE KPIs, Publishing of Dashboard on E-Detailing usage, Answer queries on issues with Sales based on incentive calculations.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales effectiveness/excellence and incorporate learnings into ongoing improvement efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales effectiveness, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation ( Excel Advanced Skills is a must)
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
