**Position Summary**:
The IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent across various roles. This position requires a strong understanding of technical job requirements, sourcing strategies, and full-cycle recruitment processes.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
The essential duties of the position include the following, and other duties may be assigned:

- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the talent pool to proactively source for future needs.
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers and HR team members to understand current and future staffing needs.

HR or recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS certifications in IT recruitment) preferred.
