Job Description


Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Next IT Point Intellectual Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting within the IT services industry, with a strong preference for those who have experience sourcing SAP resources. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary package and an opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company.


Key Responsibilities:

● Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.

● Resume Screening: Review and shortlist resumes based on the job requirements.

● Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

●Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed of their application status and provide timely feedback.

● Salary Negotiation: Conduct salary negotiations with potential hires to ensure alignment with company standards and candidate expectations.

● Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.

●Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions, interview processes, and hiring decisions.

●Interview Tracking: Track and report on the status of interviews and candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.

● Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.

 

Required Skill Set:

●      Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle

●      Proficient in job posting and resume screening

●      Excellent interview coordination and scheduling skills

●      Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

●      Experience in salary negotiation and offer management

●      Ability to handle onboarding and documentation processes

●      Skilled in tracking and reporting interview processes

●      Familiarity with recruiting for SAP resources is highly preferred


Qualifications:

●      6 months to 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the IT services industry

●      Any degree from a recognized institution

●      Strong proficiency in English

●      Access to a laptop and a stable internet connection
