Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts.
- Prepare doughs, fillings, glazes, and decorations, ensuring consistency in quality.
- Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef on recipe execution and innovation.
- Manage ingredient inventory and ensure efficient stock rotation.
- Maintain high kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Mentor and support junior pastry team members.
- Support daily kitchen operations and adapt to seasonal or themed pastry trends.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate creativity and passion for pastry arts, with a strong grasp of pastry fundamentals.

Pay: ₹14,154.59 - ₹40,988.12 per month
