**Internal Sales Representative: Job Description**

Location: Remote

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, interactions, and sales activities, using CRM software.
- Order Processing: Collaborate with other internal departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position our products or services in the market.
- Customer Relationship Management: Implement strategies to nurture and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including key metrics and sales forecasts, to track individual and team performance
- Offerings Collaterals: Collaborate in building relevant sales collaterals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of the Cloud industry, Microsoft Azure, Financial products, and cloud service offerings is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Zoho CRM is preferred) and other sales-related tools.
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn new products and services fast

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹36,765.36 per month
