We're looking for an **Office Administrator cum Coordinator **who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the office by providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, managing daily operations and housekeeping department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or staff members.
- Assist with filing, record keeping, and document management to ensure office efficiency and organization.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and ensure that deadlines are met for key deliverables.

**Office Operations and coordination**:

- Monitor the office environment to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Oversee general office procedures such as mail handling, filing, and office logistics.
- Manage the team of housekeeping, assign them the tasks and ensure cleanliness in the premises.
- Act as a point of contact between the office staff, clients, and external vendors or service providers.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees, providing orientation, and ensuring office space and equipment is ready.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients entering the office, offering assistance and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- To do different outdoor tasks related to the office.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in general computer operations and google work space, including Gmail, drive, calendar etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

**Timings**: 9 am to 6 pm

**Location**: Sultanwind Road, Amritsar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
