Experience : Both Freshers and Experienced can apply

Freshers preferable

Experience in Domestic process is also considered

Shift : Rotational Shift and Rotational Week offs

Basic technical skills will be an added advantage

Excellent communication Skills required (mandatory)

Two way cab will be provided; Allowance is provided for cab is not required

Note: Immediate Joiners are only required

**Roles and responsibilities**:
Answer phone to respond to drivers/customers inquiries w.r.t Shipping and Delivery.

Project a professional company image through phone & chat interaction.

Assist Drivers with reporting incidents by submitting appropriate forms.

Provide assistance with regard to customer service issues.
