Back Office Assistant

The back office is responsible for a wide range of activities that enable the smooth functioning of the business. Some common back-office functions include:
Operations and Logistics: Managing inventory, supply chain, and logistics to ensure the efficient movement of goods and services.

Finance and Accounting: Handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, and other accounting functions.

Human Resources: Managing employee records, payroll processing, recruitment, training, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Compliance and Legal: Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, managing contracts, and handling compliance issues.

Data Entry and Processing: Inputting and processing data, maintaining databases, and generating reports.

Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, document management, and correspondence.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
