Back Office Executive

DigiValet is looking for a Back Office Executive / Office Assistant to undertake all back office and clerical duties. You will be responsible for assisting managers in their day to day tasks.

**What you'll do in this role**:
- Printing and scanning documents
- Filing and documentation.
- Keep records and files updated
- Checking reimbursement expenses, and bills.
- Administrative support like scheduling meetings, making follow-up calls, etc.
- Coordination with internal teams, vendors, etc.
- Extend support to managers with various administrative tasks
- Take up other duties as assigned from time to time
**What you bring for this role**:
- Proven experience as Back Office Executive or relevant position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., printer, scanner, etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proficient in English (Verbal and Written)
- Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-Solving skills
- Additional qualifications will be a plus
