**Job Description: Executive Assistant to Managing Director**

Executive Assistant to Managing Director, General Administration & Back Office Support

1. Assist MD for overall management of communication within and outside company.

2. Follow instructions of MD to ensure he is relieved of correspondence with customers and suppliers and other stakeholders associated with company

4. Overall responsibility of general office administration including people management, housekeeping, front office, security, office infrastructure.

5. Maintain database of customers and all communication with all the active and old customers.

5. Overall management of Human Resource management including payroll, welfare and employee management

6. Overall management of Human Resource Development and Training to help them perform and grow in their individual careers with the company

7. Responsible for developing and monitoring Key Result Areas (KRAs) of all staff members including workers in consultation with Business Consultant and MD

8. Responsible for Total Employee Involvement initiatives and ensuring each human resource is happy with working and contributing to his/her potential.

9. Plan and implement trainings to enhance competence and skill levels of each human resource in the company.

10. Responsible for recruitment and exit process to maintain equilibrium of right job fit and right deployment of human resource at all times.

11. Overall responsible for all applicable legal and statutory requirements governing company with respect to HR, Pollution, Factories Act, Safety etc. and ensue all licenses are updated and complied with in consultation with Legal consultant.

12. Coordination with Business Consultant for effective implementation of tasks given by him and coordination with him for developing and implementing Business Management System

14. Complete Filing of records with a systematic approach
- Fix appointments of guests, customers and suppliers and other stakeholders with Managing Director
- Daily Meetings with executives of factory
- Take decision of hiring and firing in consultation with top management
- Take decision of fixing KRAs and Performance targets of all employees in consultation with Business Consultant and MD
- Conduct performance review of employees every month and annual appraisal of all employees once every year.
- Issue appointment letters and maintain personal files of employees in consultation with HR Executive

1. Quality of communication within and outside company with all stakeholders

2. Ensure provision of highest productivity of MD by disengaging him from daily firefighting.

3. Ensure best filing and record management

4. Effective implementation of management systems

5. Maximum productivity of human resource

6. Resolution of conflicts and issues of dissatisfaction among human resource and other stakeholders

7. Effective coordination and communication for the managing director
- Management System Compliance & Documentation
- RACI Compliance
- Customer Complaints/Feedback
- Coordination of Internal and External Stakeholders with MD.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
