**Your Mission**

As a Sales Support Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our customer service and sales initiatives. Your mission includes:

- **Lead Support**: Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential customers for EcoSoch’s solar solutions.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate meetings, demos, and appointments, preparing materials and documents as needed.
- **Sales Documentation**: Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documents to support deal closure.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update customer records in Zoho CRM for accurate reporting and analysis.
- **FollowUp**: Gather customer feedback and provide follow up communication to keep the sales process moving forward.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist with marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and boost sales.
- **CrossFunctional Collaboration**: Work with various teams to align sales activities with overall business goals.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Experience**: 12 years of relevant experience in sales support, lead validation, or CRM management.
- **TechSavvy**: Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar systems to manage sales data efficiently.
