**Job Details**
- Title: Customer Service Representative (Voice/Chat)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Voice Support (As Needed)**: Provide voice support when required, ensuring consistent service quality across all communication channels.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record all customer interactions and issues in the CRM system to maintain detailed and organized records.
- **Product Expertis**e: Stay up-to-date on the features, benefits, and policies of the brands you support to offer informed guidance and support to customers.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with team members and cross-functional departments to enhance service delivery and share best practices for handling international inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 6 Months in a customer service role, preferably with experience supporting international clients or working in a global company.
- **Language Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.
- **Customer Centric Mindset**: Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize the needs of international customers, with a focus on delivering personalized and effective solutions.
