**Job Title - Customer Service Executive**
**Location - Work From Office (Noida Office)**
**Experience - 1+ Years (Freshers can also Apply)**
**Calling Process**:
- Ability to handle both Outbound and inbound calls on an everyday basis
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Attending meetings with the clients and understanding their queries and implementing changes as per client requirements.
**Prepare and share Reports**:
- Daily/Weekly reports to be shared with the clients in the shared format
- Data handling in Google sheets and Excel
- Ability to identify and suggest improvement areas
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Knowledge of spoken and written English is a MUST
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Min. Percentage Qualification - 65% & above
- Graduation is a must
- Must Have Laptop
