here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the team:
with a deep understanding of how different industries & brands operate in their use cases of various advertising & marketing platforms, you will be the face of CRED amongst new & existing partners & will engage with them on a day to day basis to unearth value for them & in meeting CRED’s goals.

**what will you do?**:

- create a systematic, process-driven approach to identify, onboard, and grow brand partners
- structure, negotiate and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations in one or more categories like FMCG, Auto, Finance, Entertainment, Beauty and Fashion, E-commerce, Home Products, etc.
- plan and own monthly/quarterly/annual supply & monetization goals with new and existing partner relationships
- shape business relationships by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands/merchants innovative ways to grow on CRED
- help the product team discover brand/merchant needs more effectively and help evolve the CRED product
- plan and execute end-to-end campaign planning for brand partners and measure success
- deliver great partner experience (partner NPS) when working with our organization - you will represent CRED and be our partners’ liaison internally
- have 3-6 years of strategic partnership experience, preferably in ad sales roles, partnership roles or with client facing roles
- have managed marketing budgets and targets for clients across focus industries (preferably FMCG, F&B, auto, travel, education, media and entertainment, etc.)
- are familiar with current digital avenues and metrics brands leverage for awareness, visibility & engagement
- have an established network of relationships across industries
- posses excellent negotiation skills; have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- are comfortable with data and research, to be able to map the potential of each brand, category, or industry
- are goal-oriented & thrive in high ownership, fast-paced and independent environment. have the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward
- have excellent organizational and time management skills
