About role


You will play a key role in expanding our brand's reach through strategic partnerships. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and managing relationships with external partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth of our D2C business.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development:

 Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partnership opportunities aligned with the

brand's values and objectives.

 Conduct market research to identify key players and emerging trends in the FMCG and D2C

space.

 Support the development of partnership proposals and presentations.

 Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.


2. Relationship Management:

 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

 Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth

collaboration.

 Coordinate and facilitate communication channels to ensure partners receive necessary

assets and support.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

 Compile and analyse data related to partnership marketing efforts.

 Generate regular reports on the performance of partnerships programs.

 Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

4. Administrative Support:

 Assist in the development of contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to

partnership onboarding.

 Maintain organized records of partnership communications and agreements.


Qualifications:

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

 Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.

 Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

 Eagerness to learn and contribute to a growing and dynamic team.
