CRM Executive

A CRM is who will take over and handle the process once an order comes in, supporting the client
until the payment is received. She will play a crucial role in the customer support system.
The CRM Executive will be the point of contact for customers after they place their orders. This role
is ensuring that all post-sales activities and customer satisfaction is maintained. The CRM Executive
will coordinate with multiple departments to provide timely updates and address any customer
inquiries or concerns.
Skill Set:
- A lady with a pleasant way of speaking and good communication skills.
- Responsible for providing customer service and following up with clients to collect
payments.
- For English-speaking or corporate clients, fluency in English speaking and writing is essential.
- 1-3 years of experience as a client coordinator or in a similar coordinating role.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Should live within 45 minutes of commuting distance from the office.
Good Communication skill with experience in Sales function, Client support, Tele sales from any
sectors like real estate, banking, insurance, call centres, service, Manufacturing industry
