**Roles and Responsibilities**

Patient check-in and check-out.

Appointment scheduling and confirmation.

Patient inquiries, follow ups and communication.

Managing and maintaining patient records and documentation.

Insurance verification and billing support.

Maintaining inventory and office supplies.

Assisting with administrative tasks.

Collaborating with medical staff.

Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in a similar role or healthcare setting wil be helpful.

Proficient in appointment scheduling software.

Attention to detail and professionalism.

Knowledge of aesthetic procedures (preferred).

Empathetic and patient-oriented mindset.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic clinic environment.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
