Customer Success Executive

In this role you will interact with new B2B prospects through calls and setup meetings with the Sales Team for further discussion. You will engage in follow up with these clients throughout the sales closure process.

You will support the client in their onboarding and post sales support. You should focus on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships. Provide service to client for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting. Work with Internal teams to understand the client requirements.

**Key Performance Area**
- Prospect B2B clients through linkedin and other database
- Call the identified leads to setup a meeting with sales team
- Timely followup with the clients to help close the sales
- Lead the new customer onboarding process
- Timely and satisfactory response to queries
- Manage documentation for customers and followups
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Tracking and updating
- Maintaining the Reports

**Compensation**
- upto ₹20,000 per month

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
