Designation: Wedding Sales Executive
Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru
Job Summary:
The Wedding Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively pursuing potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into bookings. This role requires a passionate individual with a deep understanding of the wedding industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including online inquiries, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their wedding vision, requirements, and budget.
- Present and promote Productions’ services, packages, and unique selling propositions.
- Create and send customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and positive experience from the first contact to the final event.
- Follow up with clients regularly to address any questions, concerns, or changes in their plans.
- Coordinate with the wedding planning team to ensure client expectations are met.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in the wedding industry to offer relevant and creative solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates and revenue generated.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with the event management team to ensure seamless execution of weddings.
- Attend and oversee events to ensure client satisfaction and address any last-minute changes or issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wedding or events industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
