About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Senior Wedding Sales Executives to join our team at Redrob, specializing in high Average Selling Price (ASP) wedding services. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, closing sales for our premium wedding services against a token booking amount, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable and stress-free experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Promote our high ASP wedding services in a compelling and persuasive manner to showcase their unique value proposition.
  • Develop customized proposals and quotations working closely with expert wedding planners based on clients' requirements and budget considerations.
  • Closing sales and securing bookings for wedding services against a pre-decided token amount for booking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including event planners, vendors, and support staff, to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients throughout the wedding planning process to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • A flair for sales.
  • The ability to handle clients with confidence.
  • Fresher or 0-1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the wedding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors to effectively advise and guide clients.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, result-oriented startup environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Working Arrangements:

This role is based in Bangalore and offers a competitive salary of ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a 6-day work setup with one rotational day off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
