Front Office Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
- Train and mentor front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage guest relations and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, occupancy, and revenue.
- Enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests and hotel property.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services.
- Conduct audits and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Promote upselling and revenue generation opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
