**Position Overview**:
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a passion for creating lasting impressions.
**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Services Excellence**:Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
**Supervision and Leadership**:Lead and motivate the front office team.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
**Reservations and Room Management**:Coordinate with the reservations and sales teams to optimize room bookings.
Manage room inventory and allocations efficiently.
Assist in developing packages and promotions to drive bookings.
**Problem Resolution**:Handle guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Work proactively to prevent and address potential challenges.
**Interdepartmental Communication**:Foster clear communication with housekeeping, dining, and other departments.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience.
**Administrative Duties**:Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks of the front desk.
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
Prepare reports as required by management.
**Quality Assurance**:Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby areas.
Monitor and ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a front office or guest service supervisory role within the luxury hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire a team.
Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
