Executive Assistant to CEO

Interact with other leadership executives
- Maintain accountability with the board
- Monitor company performance:
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
- Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
- Manage the MD’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements for MD
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
- At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
- Exceptional planning and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
