**Job Description**:

- Join us as a dedicated and dynamic Full-Time Runner in an on-site capacity. As a crucial team member, you will play a key role in enhancing product visibility, fortifying brand presence, executing effective marketing strategies, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring precise dissemination of information. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, top-notch communication abilities, and adaptability to thrive in a high-paced work environment. Please be aware that this position requires regular field visits.

Job Responsibilities:

- **Prospecting**:

- Identify and research potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
- ** Outreach**:

- Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels to generate interest in the software product.
- ** Qualification**:

- Assess leads' needs, budget, and decision-making authority to determine their suitability for the software.
- ** Lead Nurturing**:

- Maintain ongoing communication with leads, providing relevant information to move them through the sales funnel.
- ** Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with potential customers for further discussion.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team, transferring qualified leads and providing insights into customer needs.
- ** CRM Management**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- ** Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations between potential customers and the sales team to further discuss the software solution.
- ** Feedback Loop**:

- Gather feedback from leads and communicate insights to the marketing and product development teams to enhance messaging and product features.
- ** Goal Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed assigned quotas and targets for lead generation and conversion.
- ** Pipeline Management**:

- Manage and prioritize a steady flow of leads to ensure a healthy and efficient sales pipeline.
- ** Follow-up**:

- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to gauge interest, address concerns, and move them toward the next stage of the sales process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately disseminate product information
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Knowledge of local areas and routes
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Graduate degree/diploma or equivalent
