Develop the quality inspection procedure, inspection plan, equipments and inspection method.make sure all the product meet our quality requirement.
Lead the quality team to cooperate with purchasing and sourcing team.
Effectively implement the vendor management system and improve the vendor product quality.
Ensure that processes needed for the EHS are established, implemented and maintained.
Report toop management on the performance of the EHS and any need for improvement.
Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements through the organization.
Coordinate with external parties on matters relating to the EHS.
Approve EHS procedures and working instruction.
Key Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical industry.
Developing people/coaching.
3-5 years quality management experience, hot runner industry will be a plus.
Good English and familiar with computer.
Knowledge/background in the injection molding tooling industry.
Thorough knowledge and experience in ISO/QS 9000&ISO14001 standards and lean manufacturing preferred.
